What do the lights mean?

What do each of the lights that are on when the adapter has power mean?

This is the setup I have going.

Blue means communication on going. Red is power. Basically you can't make the adapter work without plugging into OBD-II port of a car or an emulator.

What is the yellow/green(?) light that flashes less frequently?
