Complate, Arduino, LCD, Mounts etc...

Stanley, I bought the complate kit, Arduino, LCD screen, mount, charger etc....

Hi

I got a Arduino ODB kit, I compiled the sketch, etc.

When I plug this into my car, it keeps on resetting. look like it is in a loop.

Can anyone help?
