Is there a way to customize BLE services and characteristics?

Hello everyone,
i have an OBD II data logger, but i write here since it looks like that forum has been abandoned, and no one is answering.

I try to read GPS data over BLE, but they are always all 0. Any idea on why does it happens, and how to fix it?

Ok, i got the obd data working, but the GPS data longitude, latitude and altitude are always 0. Is something missing there? Any help please?

Hello Everyone, just bought and connected an OBD 2 adapter with BLE to an ECUSim 2000 ECM Simulator. I connect to the BLE and i register to the characteristic notifications, receiving Gyroscope data, accelerometer and gps, but i can't receive any data from ECM like RPM or Speed.
