Hello!

I found the problem! I used sometimes the adapter with arduino uno and other times i used arduino mega. I saw that the adapter only works with atmega328 and 168 and using only arduino uno works fine.

I recently bought a odb2 adapter, i done a test and my arduino read the revolutions correctly.
Now, i connect it to the car and it only blink one time and i can't communicate with it.
