Hello,
Anyone have any examples on how to sniff CAN bus using 'OBD-II UART Adapter V2.1 (for Arduino)' and OBD2UART.h lib?
I'm trying to figure out if I can sniff out broadcast PIDs with this HW/SW. Has anyone had any success?
Thanks,
Paul

Which latest/fastest for Arduino?
Hi,
Can the "Freematics ONE+ Model B" be used to talk to an Arduino using serial port or....
Do I need to stick with something like "Freematics OBD-II UART Adapter V2.1"?
I'm trying to find the latest/fastest solution that will talk with external Arduino over serial connection....
Thanks,
Paul

Re: Troubles reading OBD-data
Hi, any chance you guys could share on how/where you set datamode for custom PIDs?

baro PID returning low number
Hi,
Using Freematics OBD-II UART Adapter V2.1 on Arduino reading a GM vehicle...
The baro PID; 0x33 is returning the number "45". I was expecting something like 101 (kpa) for sea level.
Anyone else run into that? I've been searching for alternate PID for GM baro but no luck. Can't tell if I'm not ...

How to use different modes
Hi,
probably a real noob question but....Can anyone give me some pointers (tools/docs) on how to use Freematics/obd2 library to query other modes other than mode 1? I'm trying to query various GM specific PIDs...
TIA,
Paul

How to power it off?
Hi,
I have the OBD-II adapter 2.1...Even after I shut off the car and disconnect the Arduino power, the adapter remains up and running.
Is it possible to power it off so it doesn't drain the car battery?
Thanks,
Paul
