OSX Mojave 10.14.3

I have a Freematics One_ and when I connect it to my Mac, the light blinks, then goes solid then, after about a minute, goes out. The Mac doesn't see anything at all, nothing in finder and I don't see anything in /dev Anyone have idea why my OBD unit won't connect?

I have a brand new Freematics One+ and I have all the software set up but when I plug it in I get a blinking blue light floored by a solid blue light, then it turns off. The computer never connects or mounts. I have install the driver from here m and I still don't get any connection. Any idea how I ...
