Your Viewer, doesn´t Show me the map with my files

with the file DAT00018 here i can see the map.
what is my failure

Hello!
Is the Service down? How can i take a look on the logged Data? have recived my Freematics One+ yesterday and habe logged some drives today. Only for testing.. but the rhe Charting service doesn't work. When I want to upload a file, there is comming an Error page ^^
