Please let me know if I can provide any information that would help to diagnose this problem. This happened when the logger was plugged into a 2015 Chrysler 200C. Data shifted down one row
I am using Freematics ONE.
Occasionally, fields are shifted down by one. For example, the date is saved in the time field, the time field is saved in the latitude field, and so on, as follows:
14 11 0
0 10 190517
0 A 11230640
0 B 40440093
Any idea what would cause this and/or how to solve it?
